SIP/VoIP, T1, PRI, and much more |
You may use any of our services, but if you use our SIP trunks with a T1 or DSL in certain markets you'll get an SLA up to 99.9999% in certain markets. This means that you'll have equal to or better service than you're currently experiencing today with your plain old service. Your voice travels at the speed of light on our national network.
nexMatrix Telecom not only provides SIP services, but also carrier services such as point to point connection to our fiber network allowing you to have unheard of call clarity. There are five main methods of delivery of your telephone dial-tone. POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service), Cable, DSL, T1 and above, along with PRI. On each of these methods of delivery, you have choices on the service and how it is provided and terminated. Depending on the customer requirements you'll need to help your customer understand each of these by how they are delivered and the QoS they will receive. Each organization has a budget and a concern for QoS and how they will make their connection. Understanding each of these services will help you decide on how you will terminate their PBX.
As your one stop provider for DSL and T1, DS3, OC3 and more, we guarantee services to your customer. We route traffic from your connection to our servers and provide the ability to place one call if there is a problem. |

An alternative and disputable definition of QoS, used especially in application layer services such as telephony and streaming video, is requirements on a metric that reflects or predicts the subjectively experienced quality. In this context, QoS is the acceptable cumulative effect on subscriber satisfaction of all imperfections affecting the service. Other terms with similar meaning are the quality of experience (QoE) subjective business concept, the required “user perceived performance”, the required “degree of satisfaction of the user” or the targeted “number of happy customers”. Examples of measures and measurement methods are Mean Opinion Score (MOS), Perceptual Speech Quality Measure (PSQM) and Perceptual Evaluation of Video Quality (PEVQ). What nexMatrix Telecom provides is the route of least resistance to deliver the service to your customer either with a Protel PBX or other service. We do it better so you don't have to deal with poor services and explain problems to your customers and you have a one stop shop. We'll eliminate the finger pointing and deliver our services with an SLA you and your customers demand!

Private Line |
Private-line is a very popular transport method, ensuring throughput and reliability from point A to point Z. Private-line circuits can be delivered to a variety of end points, including a secondary location, a Central Office or a fiber hotel. Fiber hotel meet points are advantageous, minimizing the expense of a local loop.
nexMatrix Metro Ethernet (nME) is a combination of multiple metro technologies onto a single platform. nME can be used for entrance or egress from nexMatrix's network to an End User location, and spans across multiple local access providers. nME offers private-line transport within a LATA, and can be carried InterLATA on nexMatrix's network to a second location or an aggregation point with nexMatrix.
nexMatrix Extended Reach Ethernet (nERE) utilizes legacy technologies like ATM, Frame Relay, SONET and TDM, which is converted to private Ethernet at a nexMatrix hub location for construction of private-line where no Ethernet options exist. nERE services can be integrated into a private Layer 2 solution whether point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, or delivered to an aggregation point.
nexMatrix Extended-Ethernet Transport (nEET) service provides Ethernet transport in a Metro area and InterLATA to a second location or to a nexMatrix aggregation circuit. The nEET product line allows for the use of multiple high-cap formats to be cross-connected across nexMatrix's private network. An example would be a TDM DS3 in one location cross-connected to a Metro Ethernet connection in another state. nEET product takes advantage of multiple routes and nexMatrix's built-in redundancy to traverse the network from point A to point Z.

Our framework ties it all together |
nexMatrix Telecom not only delivers a PBX solution, but telecommunications via a network like no other in the industry, powerful and scaleable softswitch and billing technology and our hosted PBX platform. nexMatrix Telecom is a telecommunications company built by Internet veterans. We've built one of the strongest, most stable networks on the market today with 123,000 rate centers out of 160,000 on a PSTN network for outbound communications in the United States while our inbound leverages larger providers that have been in the business for decades. Our nexSwitch softswitch runs for smaller providers up to large companies scalable on the IBM z Series mainframe. We do more with telecommunications than another other company producing a PBX. We've become more like the old AT&T before the Judge Green breakup if you're old enough to remember those days.
Our Protel PBX is probably the best kept secret on the market today with full Cisco SCCP support. We not only deliver a standard open SIP protocol, we also deliver a Cisco SCCP solution, unheard of in the market. Not only that we can deliver the solution, but we can make it a simple solution to implement. Our frameworks take the complicated and make it simple so it can be implemented without a ton of certifications. You can implement a solution without having to spending 10 thousand or more in certs. We make it simple and walk you through the process.
