The Protel Dialer is ready to call out and get the most productivity from your staff. Determining and sizing the Protel Dialer is done in conjunction with the number of agents you select and the Protel PBX you purchase. Pictured to the right is the Protel 4515 Dialer, which is paired to the Protel 4515 PBX. The Protel Dialer is sized to allow a number of prospects/customers sitting in queue ready to be delivered to an agent.
A Protel Dialer can be sized by the box type. For example, if you have a Protel PBX Model 3510, regardless of SCCP or SIP, there are a specific number of agents the system will handle. The Dialer allows you to maximize the number of agents you can maintain on a specific model.
