About nexMatrix Telecom, Inc.
nexMatrix Telecom, Inc. ("nexMatrix"), founded in 2010, is a reformed company that moved from multiple technologies in 2010 to provide a complete telecommunications solution. Technology Alignment's founder has roots starting in 1981 as a high-end CRM/Supply Chain Management application well ahead of it's time. nexMatrix takes the know-how of Technology Alignment and provides outstanding services to the telecommunications industry and direct business customers. The company provides retail and wholesale communication infrastructure services that enable traditional and next-generation carriers as well as businesses to efficiently deliver integrated communications solutions. nexMatrix saves service providers’ investment in additional network capital to achieve deep market connectivity within local areas. The company’s network is engineered specifically for easy integration and connectivity of multiple communications services, and was developed primarily to optimize our wholesale services. Business customers will find tremendous savings over traditional telecommunications companies with our adapters that allow legacy phone systems to take advantage of our services. Additionally, nexMatrix provides companies with hosted PBX solutions (under the name Protelity) negating the need for a premise solution to be implemented as well as plug-and-play premise PBX. |

We're Telecommunications
In a nutshell, nexMatrix Telecom is a telecommunications company. Many of you know us, or have been introduced to us, as a the manufacturer of the Protel PBX. The PBX is a high-end scalable PBX system that supports POT/PSTN, SIP, PRI, and T1 connectivity. The PBX system provides an excellent communication solution of business with both SIP and Cisco SCCP support. That's what you know, we hope to provide those of you interested in a little history of our company.
The company got it's start in 1981 as an applications developer of the CRM/Supply Chain Management Application called Distribunet 2100 (A brochure hangs in our office today). The Distribunet system was far ahead of it's time using networking technology back when most people didn't know what a personal computer was not alone what a network was for them. We ran with dumb terminals connected to processors. It was really cool technology but people, at that time, were purchasing mainframes and mini computers. Of course the computers today that sit on people's desks are much more powerful than anything back then. |
The company wanted to reduce it's telecommunications costs. We were using SIP, but the costs were not low enough for us. We started development of what would become our Class 4 and Class 5 softswitches using open source frameworks. There were, and still are a lot of open source applications on the market today, many free tools. We decided they weren't good enough so continued development of our proprietary frameworks using the frameworks that formed the basis for all products. We incorporated our CRM/ERP application, which we changed the name to ATLANTIS in 1999 and many may have remembered seeing it in retailers such as Micro Center and CompUSA for single user applications. In 2007 we became a full service, full product, full featured, telecommunications company. There is no other company on the market today that provides every piece of the puzzle in telecommunications other than nexMatrix Telecom. The nexMatrix solutions combine technology developed over the past 30 years into a product offering unsurpassed today.
We deliver the services you need at a level you expect
nexMatrix Telecom not only delivers a PBX solution, but telecommunications via a network like no other in the industry, powerful and scaleable softswitch and billing technology and our hosted PBX platform. nexMatrix Telecom is a telecommunications company built by Internet veterans. We've built one of the strongest, most stable networks on the market today with 123,000 rate centers out of 160,000 on a PSTN network for outbound communications in the United States while our inbound leverages larger providers that have been in the business for decades. Our nexSwitch softswitch runs for smaller providers up to large companies scalable on the IBM z Series mainframe. We do more with telecommunications than another other company producing a PBX. We've become more like the old AT&T before the Judge Green breakup if you're old enough to remember those days.
Our Protel PBX is probably the best kept secret on the market today with full Cisco SCCP support. We not only deliver a standard open SIP protocol, we also deliver a Cisco SCCP solution, unheard of in the market. Not only that we can deliver the solution, but we can make it a simple solution to implement. Our frameworks take the complicated and make it simple so it can be implemented without a ton of certifications. You can implement a solution without having to spending 10 thousand or more in certs. We make it simple and walk you through the process. |

Developing softswitch technologies, the company decided to resell the Level 4 and Level 5 communications switches to the industry. The softswitches are marketed under the name nexSwitch and are marketed to companies who provide telco services. Unsurpassed billing solutions and fault tolerance provides customers with unsurpassed excellence. nexSwitch provides the infrastructure to the nexMatrix and Protelity offerings.
The progression of our frameworks continue to develop. Taking everything we've accomplished and making it easy to use brings us to our next project now in pilot. An all in the box solution that brings, telephone service, the softswitch that creates the telecommunications network and infrastructure to the PBX and residential and commercial telephone service. It sounds complex and the back-end that transports a call to and from a PBX is complex but the management of this infrastructure is now simple. Using all frameworks we are able to replicate a total business solution basically in a box. Combine our CRM/ERP total supply chain management application which is a closed-source solution and nexMatrix Telecom provides the most robust Unified Communications solution today. The companies technologies are enabled for companies from SOHO to Enterprise.
