How it works

You and your customers gain access to the system by providing a user name and password. You'll also notice that the nexSwitch is not branded with any company name other than being a nexSwitch billing system and softswitch.

A customer would login with a User ID and password. When a user logs in to the portal they see everything needed to manage their account only. When you login on a timeshare ID, you will see an extra tab on the portal that provides the tools in which to manage the customer account.

The following simple screenshots display what the user sees versus what you will see at the portal.

The screenshot to the left is what a customer will see with a branded portal. Although the portal shows nexMatrix, your logo will replace the nexMatrix logo. This is accomplished via the wholesale tools on the portal.

As you can see on the left, the portal provides access to all features and functions of the available tools to your customer. Telephone numbers on the upper right along with a tag line are changed in the wholesale tools.

There are other text areas that you may enter your information at the bottom of the page. By selecting a menu option, multiple menus are displayed on the screen. This also allows a company to manage their account. The menu containing parent tools are to allow a company to view additional accounts they may have. So, if you are wholesaling to other customers, they can many additional accounts also via these options.

On the timesharing portal you will notice that there is an additional tab/menu item called WS Tools. WS Tools are Wholesale Tools, or what you are using for the timesharing on nexSwitch. You have the ability to perform all tasks required to resell services including both retail and wholesales services.

It doesn't get easier than this, everything is setup for your company to start right away. Training is simple and can be completed on the telephone with a knowledge networking individual in your company.
