Screenshots of the Portal |
Instead of showing you the multitude of pages, we have decided that showing a few of the pages may be helpful. Again, it is best to have a walk-through of the portal first. It is also recommended that you obtain an account on the portal for basic service and use it so you understand it from a customer's perspective. You may also decide to obtain a standard SIP or Cisco SCCP telephone so you can use a hosted PBX service, or as a user with home service may see it. Below are sample screenshots that were taken off of the WS Tools menu, this is the tab you would use to provision your clients on. You may click a thumbnail to see the full screen, which will popup another window.

The WS Tools Menu
The menu allows you to navigate through provisioning accounts/customers via the options listed. For example, you will create accounts and tie the customer to a plan. This actually allows you to have an account for the customer. Remember, unless you are licensing the system, the system will reside at our offices and the application is just timeshared for you. Please check out licensing if you wish to license versus timeshare the application. A license would provide you with the full softswitch instead of what you are seeing under WS Tools. |

The Branding Screen
The branding panel allows you to completely brand the portal, including using your own logo on the portal. As you can see, the telephone numbers, tag lines, addresses, and everything else is branded including placing your copyright on the bottom of the page. This makes the portal yours with the branding and your customer sees this as your application and service. The nexMatrix Telecom copyright notice must remain on the portal for obvious reasons unless you are licensing the technology.

Creating Plans
Creating the plans are one of the most important aspects of the system. This is how you create plans that you are reselling. For example you may be setting up plans for business that have pay per minute or unlimited plans. All unlimited plans have a cap and start billing after the amount of minutes have been used after the cap. A pay as you go plan bills for every minute that is used. There are set amounts ,for example, on the page that you would enter for incoming and outgoing minutes. At the bottom of the page you would set the billing seconds for the calls, so you may end up billing 15 seconds for the initial call and thereafter 6 seconds. International may also be setup the same or differently.
A walk-though is the best method to see how everything works. We suggest you contact your sales representative, or us if you don't have one, at 855.NEX.MATR IX for a full walk though. |
