Enhanced 911/E911 Services

nexMatrix Telecom provides Enhanced 911 routing to the appropriate local emergency dispatch center. E911 serves as a powerful tool to the emergency dispatcher by providing the caller’s address and information when it is not possible for the caller to communicate verbally or the luxury to communicate verbally. E911 services with nexMatrix Telecom may operate differently than traditional 911 services.

Call Collect/Collect Calls

Customers may dial “0” to reach an operator for assistance with calling cards, credit card, third party and collect dialing. Collect calling is only provided as an add-on service. Mainly used by attorney offices and prison/jail.

More times less expensive than PRI circuits and outstanding services. Our softswitches are connected via fiber to each of the locations as seen below. We take a T1 circuit and end-point it to one of the locations shown below to a softswitch, and how we can deliver our services with an unprecedented SLA.
